iOS:
• You are using an iPhone device with the following specifications:
-Model 6s or above
-iOS 13 or above
• Open the device settings and search for the Voeding Leeft app
• Check that the following permissions are enabled:
-Motion & Fitness
-Background App Refresh
-Location Services
Android:
1. You are using an Android device with the following specification:
-API 23 Marshmallow or above
2. Google play services are updated
3. Allow Location in the Voeding Leeft App Permissions
(Device Settings > Applications > Voeding Leeft App > App Permissions > Allow Location)
4. Disable Battery optimization for the Voeding Leeft App
